Where are Leif products made?

Australia. Not only do we hero all local Australian native botanicals as our key ingredients, our formulations are all made and filled in Australia.

Are Leif Products vegan?

Yes. Our clean-formulations are vegan, cruelty-free and made in Australia. They are gentle enough for frequent use and suit all skin types. Leif does not contain sulphates (SLS or SLES), parabens, sensitising soaps, drying alcohols or mineral oil fillers.

Where can I view ingredients?

Each product's ingredient list can be found on the product page under the Botanicals and Ingredients drop-down options.


Are Leif bottles recyclable?

Leif bottles are made from PETG plastic which is recyclable in most household recycling facilities.

Do you have refills available?

At this stage, we do not have refills available but it is something we are actively developing. Contact us or sign up to our newsletter to be notified of updates.

Is any of the Leif packaging recyclable or compostable?

We ship your order with reusable and recyclable cardboard boxes and paper packaging for cushioning. Some orders may have biofill peanuts which are made from corn starch and are fully compostable. Most items are sent within an organic cotton drawstring bag which can be reused indefinitely. Some orders may have foam inserts in parts which are not currently recyclable. We are always looking for ways to improve on our packaging sustainability.

My order is a gift, do you have gift wrapping available?

Our gifting collection features Leif products that are beautifully boxed up and ready to gift. Our gift boxes and items are sent in a reusable organic cotton drawstring bag exclusive to online orders. We can add a custom-printed gift note to any order, simply write your message in the space at checkout.


Domestic Shipping

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. We process orders same or next day from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

International Shipping

We ship to most destinations worldwide* with DHL express. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes determined by customs in the recipient's country. You will receive tracking notifications and any customs requests via email. Please contact DHL or your local customs authority if you need assistance with clearance of items. *Unfortunately we can't ship to Russia and Taiwan at this time.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $50. For international shipping, you will receive a DHL Express quote at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Yes, we ship with Australia Post and can ship to any address in Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Can I collect my order instead?

Unfortunately we do not have any collection options at this time.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Simply click the tracking link to view the delivery status. You can also add a mobile number to receive updates via text as well as email.

I made an error on my delivery address, what can I do?

Please try to enter your correct delivery address at checkout as this information is automatically generated onto the shipping label. If you notice any errors after you place your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve for you.

Are there any shipping changes due to COVID-19?

There are no disruptions to online orders currently. We are still shipping same or next day from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. There may be delays with postage in transit depending on region-specific impacts from couriers, but our processing and dispatch times are running as usual.

What is the last date I can order online to deliver for Christmas?

To ensure delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by 10am on the following dates:

Domestic Standard Shipping with Australia Post: Friday 11th December

International Express Shipping with DHL: Monday 14th December

Domestic Express Shipping with Australia Post: Friday 18th December

*Holiday break 20/21: Please note, the last day available to place an online order for dispatch in 2020 (post-Christmas delivery) will be Tuesday 22nd December. Our online store will remain open but any orders placed from 23rd December onwards will resume shipping from 5th January 2021. Custom-made art prints resume shipping from 14th January 2021.

What is the last date I can order a digital gift card for Christmas?

Digital gift cards can be purchased at any time, they do not require shipping and are issued via email immediately upon purchasing.


What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

My order is a gift, can I include a gift note?

Yes. We can add a custom-printed gift note to any order, simply write your message in the space provided at checkout and we will include with your gift.

I've purchased a Gift Card, when will I receive it?

You will receive your digital gift card immediately after checkout via email. You can then either print or email onwards to your recipient at a suitable time. Gift cards are valid for two years on

How do I create my own Leif 6pack?

Choose from our popular premixes, or create your own from the 500ml selection. Once you select six choices, click 'Add to Cart' and your cart will automatically apply the discount so the sixth item is free. No code needed. Our 6pack offer is available on our 500ml products pictured on the 6pack Create Your Own page.

I've ordered an Artwork print, what next?

Artworks are all printed and made to order on 100% cotton rag archival paper. They are sold as prints and are unframed. Please note if your order includes both Leif products and artworks, they will be shipped separately. Please allow up to 10 business days for your artwork to be made and dispatched, you will then receive a second tracking number. As artworks are made to order, they are considered final sale and are not able to be returned or exchanged. We offer complimentary shipping on all artwork purchases.

I received my order and something is wrong, what can I do?
